The United States Courts website includes a podcasts page featuring  the Federal Rulemaking Podcasts, Court Shorts Podcasts, and now newly added Supreme Court Landmarks Podcasts.

This podcast series features landmark U.S. Supreme Court cases that have shaped history and continue to affect American life. In each episode we briefly discuss a different landmark case with a law professor. We explain the case’s background, the key arguments, the decision and why the case is still important today.

This series, so far, includes Mapp v. Ohio, 367 U.S. 643 (1961), the Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizure case, and Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), the Flag Burning case where symbolic speech was protected under the First Amendment.
